GET api/EcoCar/Busi/Broadcast/Query/Classes/NeedToDelete?pageindex={pageindex}&pagesize={pagesize}

检索需要删除队列的班次的集合。一次总是检索一页数据，当还有更多页时，需要再进行检索。使用这个函数时，最佳的办法是先把所有的页读取出来，然后再依次撤消队列声明，否则对班次执行撤消队列的标识会影响这到这函数的结果。
